I’m an Austin native who has spent most of my career helping people make sense of complicated things. I have a background in technical and mass communication, and I currently work in financial technology as a technical writer and editor, where clarity, accuracy, and trust are paramount.
What I enjoy most about this work is the moment when something that once felt intimidating or confusing suddenly becomes understandable. Whether I’m shaping documentation, refining language, or building digital stories, I’m always thinking about the person on the other side of the screen and how to make their experience more inclusive.
